Herbie needs to be your one and only.
He is a healthy 10-year-old, weighing 28 pounds. He has been in foster in for several months now and Herbie is ready for his forever lap in a home with no other pets.
Herbie prefers people…all people all the time.
He is funny, playful, loves a good walk, toys, sunshine naps and most of all, his people and their laps!
